Full Time Customer Service Representative (Contact Centre - Remote) Job Opening in Manitoba

This role is COMPLETELY REMOTE. Train from home and work from home. We offer PAID TRAINING, and a COMPETITIVE SALARY.

Successful candidates must provide and use their own equipment. As a condition of employment, the device must meet the requirements. Interested applicants are required to provide proof of minimum specs (outlined below) by attaching their validated completion. We offer a TAX FREE equipment reimbursement program of up to $200.

Compensation: competitive hourly wage and eligible for bonuses and full commission

Starting wage $14.00
After 90 days $14.50 (+$0.50)
After 1 year $15.00 (+$0.50)

We have permanent full-time opportunities and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the business operating hours of:
Monday to Sunday: 8am to 10pm EST (7am to 9pm CDT)

This position starts on October 11, successful candidates MUST be available to start


  • Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services
  • Assist with customer related billing solutions in an engaging and professional manner
  • Document customer accounts accurately
  • Marketing new products to existing customers
  • Resolve customer account discrepancies
  • Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earned additional compensation


  • Must bring your own device. The device must:
    • Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
    • Have at least 8GB of RAM (memory)
    • Have at least 500MB of free space (storage/HDD)
    • Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
    • Webcam
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine appropriate course of action
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Experience working in customer service. Experience in accounts receivable or contact center experience is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience is an asset


  • Never come into the Office – train and work from home within Manitoba
