About The Role

As a member of the Small Business team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll inspire new small businesses (<10 employees) to work smarter and more efficiently with . You'll be responsible for responding to, qualifying, and helping onboard new customers through the various channels they express interest (ex, for Startups program, lead forms, online chat).

You'll have a bunch of great tools at your fingertips and can expect thorough onboarding, on-going training, and support from your manager and teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new customers effectively and efficiently
  • Follow up on leads that fall out of the self-sign up funnel
  • Follow up with leads generated through the for Startups Program
  • Help activate new customers by guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in business development / lead qualification / sales capacity related to Saas
  • Ability to work towards strategic goals
  • Ability to understand new products and effectively identify how they apply to prospective customer's needs
