Rotation/Shifts

Days, 8 hour shifts. Occasionally evenings and weekends shifts may be required, For information purposes onlyThe Hospital reserves the right to change.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in education or post secondary education or in a health-related discipline;
• Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience or teaching experience;
• Minimum two (2) years using EPIC in a clinical setting;
• Experience in developing and/or conducting training programs;
• Advanced knowledge of computers including MS Office, PowerPoint, audiovisual equipment, etc;
• Advanced presentation skills including knowledge of computer software and multimedia tools;
• Demonstrated leadership and facilitator/coaching skills;
• Expert communication skills (written and verbal) with a variety of individuals and groups;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills;
• Proven knowledge of adult learning, change and administrative theories.

Preferred Qualifications

• EPIC certified – in any application
• Experience in program and computer based courseware development, and direct training experience in health care information systems implementations;
• Advanced skills in business process analysis, and in translating client business needs and requirements into concrete training solutions;
• Experience in onboarding new learners
• Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
