is looking to hire an Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction to leaders and their administrative and driver associates, as well as deliver specific business results to achieve industry excellence. In this position:

  • You will be accountable to lead, coach and develop safe front-line leaders into effective managers of a fleet, which will in turn help develop safe drivers through training, compliance, and mentoringthey are the core what we do!
  • You will establish metrics and be held accountable for cost containment and review financial results to figure out adjustments, priorities, and focus must be given to improve business results.
  • You will collaborate with other internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
