Budgets (CAPEX, OPEX) and key metrics (Volumes, NPR): Office budget Management, Admin budget management, supports the Head of Sales, Enlgish Canada and key Sales and Marketing members toward the achievement of annnual volume, NPR and EBITA targets.

MAIN INTERFACES

Reporting to Head of Sales, English Canada. Regularly supports the Sales and Marketing team in English Canada and interacts primarily with Asahi colleagues, key customers, and partners in English Canada.

KEY PURPOSE STATEMENT

To support and enable the efficient operations of the Commercial Team in English Canada in the pursuit of annual business objectives and the long-term Canada Ambition.

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Support:

  • Support the business processes and routines for the Commercial Team in English Canada.
  • Compile and distribute reports related to key business drives (e.g.: sales, pricing, distribution).
  • Organize and track expenses and budgets. Process invoices.
  • Assist with the distribution of key selling aids such as trad tools and promotional material.
  • Support CRM protocols.
  • Support key customer communication and business interactions (e.g.: merchandising applications).

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support for the Head of Sales, English Canada, the Head of Marketing and Sales and Marketing Management.
  • Calendar management, requiring interaction and coordination with internal/external stakeholders and their assistants to coordinate meetings.
  • Preparing, proofreading, and editing of correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Ad hoc requests and reporting

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills:
    • Identifying issues and resolving problems in a timely manner using creativity and good judgment.
  • Administrative skills:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
    • Ability to operate basic office equipment, such as copiers and printers.
  • High levels of honesty, discretion, and integrity:
    • Being trustworthy enough to handle sensitive/confidential information; and
    • Being able to comprehend and act on complex, sensitive matters.
    • Exceptionally resourceful, self-sufficient, punctual, and reliable.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education is preferred (certificate, degree)
  • Experience in beverage alcohol industry in Canada is an asset but not required
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment supporting Commercial leadership in a coordinator or administrative role
  • Experience in a global / international organization
