The Résidence Cité Rive is located along the Rivière des Prairies, in the district of Rivière des prairies. This housing complex brings together 5 phases, spread over 5 residential towers, for a total of 850 apartments.
The maintenance worker is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Construction

• Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
