Do you want to make a positive impact by helping bring more natural/organic products into the market?

At Social Nature, our sales team is responsible for growing our business by building new relationships with leading consumer brands across North America and growing strategic accounts. This role is based out of our head office in Vancouver, with some travel required. (One week you might be presenting our solution over the phone to VP Marketing at a leading natural brand, and the next week hustling the trade show floor at the Natural Product Expo in California!) What you’ll do:

  • New business development & renew existing accounts.
  • Manage pipeline development, planning, forecasting, lead generation, engagement of prospects, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations and closing.
  • Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure successful transitions, implementations, customer satisfaction, and ongoing partnership with large direct clients.
  • Participate in digital product strategy with the product team.
  • Provide input to B2B marketing & sales development team on lead generation programs.

You are:

  • A creative and strategic thinker. The position is charged with building strategic, long-term partnerships with major brand marketers. Being able to think on your feet and get creative about building customer solutions is one of the key factors in your success!
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-performance, dynamic and changing environment.
  • Passionate about marketing and can work with senior executives professionally and effectively on marketing programs.

Must have:

  • Relevant sales experience – hunting/closing/new business focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience with solution sales to consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands OR you have demonstrated success selling digital marketing or insights solutions.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills to executives.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working brand side (i.e. in marketing roles).
  • Good understanding of the natural product landscape.
