Administrative Coordinator Job Opening in Victoria

The Salvation Army Sunset Lodge -LTC facility is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join the Administrative Department for our 108-bed complex care facility.

Performs general office duties:

  • Answers and screens telephone and directs enquires and answers inquires; greets and escorts visitors; files documents electronically or manually; photocopies and distributes materials as requested; sends and receives fax/ email material
  • Drafts and types correspondences or generates reports
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agenda, and take minutes
  • Assists with the planning and implementation of the audit process
  • Assists with the preparation of financial reports
  • may order all stationery and medical supplies and maintains an adequate supply inventory
  • Drafts and prepares presentation, brochures, flyers, advertisements, invitations, certificates subject to supervisory approval
  • Maintain Sunset Lodge website
  • Assist in planning staff events
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education:

Related post-secondary education or equivalent.

Minimum of two [2] years related experience

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $18.70-$28.00 per hour
