Accerta is seeking a full-time permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative. We require a professional, positive, and enthusiastic person with advanced written and verbal French language skills to join our Toronto Office.


  • Provide quality customer service by providing timely and accurate information related to programs, products, and services.
  • Provide interpretation of guidelines, directives, and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers in completing documents and forms.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers experiencing problems accessing or obtaining specialized information and refer to the appropriate program area or organization for resolution.


  • You are proficient in English and must have advanced level French skills both written and verbal.
  • You have a minimum of two years customer service experience responding to inquiries, providing advice and information, and resolving customer issues in a high-volume environment.
  • You are a clear, concise oral communicator and can ask appropriate questions to better understand customer inquiries before responding.
  • You have written communication skills to prepare correspondence.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with the public and resolve customer complaints.
  • You demonstrate judgement and tact when interacting with customers.
  • You are proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and internet applications, specifically MS Office Suite.
  • You have experience using computers (i.e. Intranet, Internet, databases, and electronic manuals) to research, retrieve and summarize information.
  • Minimum 1-year data entry, and 10,000 to 12,000 keystrokes per hour an asset.
  • High school diploma required.


All candidates will undergo advanced French Language skills testing which will be arranged through a licensed third-party French language evaluator.
