Digital Marketing Brand Manager, Ayrsonics Inc

Ayrsonics Inc seeks a talented Digital Marketing Brand Manager to lead its marketing and sales support efforts for Canada and the U.S. We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, business savvy, enthusiastic, growth-oriented individual for this full-time position.

Reporting to the CEO, this new role will develop and execute the marketing plan to build awareness of the Ayrsonics portfolio of brands and products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop annual marketing strategy with detailed, measurable execution plans
  • Create lead generation and engagement programs through digital marketing strategies and public relations to fuel leads to the Sales organizations across all markets
  • Analyze web performance and recommend optimizations
  • Build content marketing plans, understand customer segmentation strategy, experience managing a robust email and content marketing program
  • Create sales enablement tools
  • Review trade show opportunities across Canada and the USA in managing the process, design and implementation of the booth in collaboration with the Engineering and Production teams
  • Collaborate with social media agency to design shareable strategies to increase Followers and deliver engaging content
  • Adeptly communicate and collaborate with internal teams
  • Manage and develop relationships with key agency partners to develop programs and content
  • Create marketing spend budget and monthly performance reports.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations to manage and communicate end-to-end launch processes for new programs and products

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2b marketing with digital marketing strategy
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and project management skills. Able to establish priorities, and multi-task with strong detailed executional ability
  • Ability to lead/influence cross-functional teams
  • Analytical capability
  • Practical project management experience

Ideal Candidates:

  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Managed Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other SM platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Willing to learn HubSpot
