Do you have what it takes?

  • You are in the service industry because at your core, you love serving people
  • You are not shy. Your voice is heard. Your smile is contagious.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone and video call skills
  • High school degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (ideal)
  • Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials
  • 5+ years of sales experience; retail or personal care business to consumer experience preferred
  • Experienced negotiator and strong closer
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets
  • Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance, with excellent people service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients
  • Lead all consultation processes, whether in person or virtual
  • Take your prospective patient on an educational journey encompassing clinic offerings and services
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the clinic's offerings to adapt the educational journey to fit the patient’s needs and expectations
  • Apply your ability to capture before and after photos and know the value of powerful images
  • Design effective, ethical, and personalized treatment plans
  • Continuously manage our patient’s expectations and value proposition
  • Work as a collaborative team and know the value of credentialing team members and cross-promotion
  • Show a strong focus on skincare and its ability to achieve desired results when paired with the effective treatments and procedures
  • Administrate and follow up to maintain relationships with all new, existing, and prospective patients
  • Participate in the marketing & promotional events and maintain proficient use of marketing & sales software
