Job Description

Our Customer Service Department located at our Lambeth, Ontario facility is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE /TECHNICAL ORDER ENTRY ADMIN to join our team. Employees are expected to provide excellent service in processing orders and responding to inquiries from our customers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of products and software and the ability to provide clients with this information
  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or email
  • Identify customer concerns/issues and provide resolutions
  • Enter all quotes and orders accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Analyze customer orders and identify inaccuracies
  • Accurately document, verify, and store customer orders


Ideally you have experience in a related building products distribution branch environment.
Minimally you possess:

  • A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service
  • An aptitude to quickly develop and communicate expert product knowledge
  • Computer proficiency
  • An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong general administrative skills

Additional Information

We are growing. Come grow with us. We offer a competitive compensation package and a straight weekday schedule. To meet volume fluctuations candidates must be available to work up to 40 hours per week and have some flexibility for working overtime as needed.
