Time & Attendance Lead – HR Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Time and Attendance Lead to support this initiative across the organization. This role will report to the Sr. Director, HR Transformation. Key Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of HRIS HCM modules specifically Absence Management
Leads the collaborative process with key stakeholders to streamline and/or design new time and attendance processes and policies.
Participation and support in a project to review, assess and confirm enterprise scheduling strategy.
Lead/Project manages the Absence configuration, and related impacts from external systems.
Identify, design, test, implement, and maintain system configuration for HRIS Absence Management
Act as workstream lead on Absence system/integration, processes, feature releases, and issue resolutions as needed
Support activities surrounding: Data integrity, compliance, mass loads (EIB) in a global environment
Understand how absence is impacted related to HR and Payroll business processes
Assist integrations team in Absence integrations configuration and testing alongside client and Time capture vendors
Develops new time and attendance documentation.
Develops and delivers HRIS absence training content to key stakeholders and end users
Knowledgeable in the impacts to Payroll Integrations and partner with Solution architects for HRIS Core HCM, Benefits, Time-Off and Leave and other configuration support
Administer Absence security and security controls to ensure appropriate access to functionality for users and monitor appropriate data security
Document all business requirements and liaise with consultants to configure the system
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
Support the development test scripts, testing scenarios, and support consultants with the execution of test scripts
Work cross functionally with Benefits, Payroll, and HCM teams
Excellent communication skills and prior experience leading HRIS Projects with key modulesCore HR and Absence.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
4+ years of experience in supporting HR Functions or Absence role
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Participate in the identification of technical requirements, design, testing, training, defining support procedures
2-4 years of configuration and support experience with HRIS Absence
Ability to create innovative solutions based on requirement gathering
Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and highly confidential data
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail
