Ordower Law has an exciting opportunity for a self-starter, entrepreneurial Administration Assistant to join our team.

Ordower Law is a busy firm with an eye on the future. We are located in midtown Toronto and cater to clients throughout Ontario. A boutique business law firm, our specialty is in serving entrepreneurs and small businesses.

ABOUT YOU

You are very organized with strong computer skills. You are totally down to earth and excited to be part of a team. You're outgoing, friendly and motivated.

THE ROLE

We need the right person to help the Managing Director to run the firm efficiently and implement set marketing strategies to grow the firm.

You will work directly with the Managing Director and will be responsible for:

  • Workflow management
  • Invoicing, billing and expenses administration
  • Office administration
  • CRM management
  • Data entry and running programs
  • Other work as needed

You will have:

  • Good computer skills - experience with MS Office
  • Understanding of CRM tools

Expected start date: 2020-11-01

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Toronto, ON (Preferred)
