Job description

• General office duties including opening mail, filing, data entry, printing scanning documents, and other duties as assigned
• Reviewing and distributing invoices to customers
• Filling in forms for various applications
• Answering the telephone, handling a limited number of in-person inquiries from customers, suppliers, or other parties and referring these inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments

Requirements

• Punctual, reliable, and organized
• Positive attitude
• Able to work as part of a team and take direction as needed
• Must present a positive and professional image of the organization to any visitors, inquiries, or other interactions
• Office assistant/receptionist : 1 year (Preferred)

Education: High School Graduation
