is looking for an Executive Assistant to be the first point of contact for the C-Level team!
Someone that possess a professional demeanor (but still has a good sense of humor), combined with a high level of initiative, good judgment, integrity, flexibility and problem-solving skills. Working in a fast-paced and high growth environment, 's Executive Assistant will provide efficient assistance that supports the leadership of this organization.
As a growing start-up, this role will play a key part in ensuring that our team can properly manage their time, calendars, and continue to make an amazing company to be a part of! What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting both the CEO and COO on a daily basis
  • Managing email inboxes and responding on their behalf when necessary
  • Managing the CEO's LinkedIn network and help identify people that would be important to connect with
  • Organize and manage both calendars end-to-end, making sure that there are no double bookings and leaving time to ensure proper work/life balance (i.e making sure they have time to eat lunch)
  • Handling in house data collection for various projects
  • Prepare written communications such as the bi-weekly Newsletter, blog posts, help craft company-wide communications...etc.
  • Coordinate in person meetings (post-COVID). Preparing the meeting room or ensuring that they have the correct Hangouts/Zoom link.
  • Travel planning (post-COVID). Might be asked to travel as well, depending on the event.
  • Helping with expense reports
What We're Looking For:
  • +3 years of experience as an EA to C-Level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication- English is a must, French is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Finance management (accounts receivable, payable, balance sheets..etc)
  • Strong understanding of Excel
  • Detail oriented and good time management
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars
  • Ability to manage LinkedIn Accounts
  • Ability to travel independently around the city (preferably with a car)
  • Flexible with working 9-5 hours, as well as the occasional evening/weekend as needed
  • Bonus if you're coming from a similar industry in Tech and/or Data
  • Bonus if you have experience with agile methodology
