What you can expect in a typical day:

The Global Pension and Benefits Lead is responsible for the strategic vision and design of pension, benefits, and time off strategies that help scale our benefits programs globally (CA, US, UK and IR), ensuring we are delivering a branded employee experience through innovative, employee-centric solutions.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Develop and implement benefits programs that are designed competitively, executed effectively, and align with ’s culture and brand
  • Ensure benefit programs deliver a great employee experience through innovative, employee centric solutions
  • Strategic refresh of benefit design (globally) with consideration of current market place offerings and employees
  • Manage new location benefit program set-ups
  • Design employee onboarding strategy to ensure global experience is consistent
  • Develop and lead extensive communication strategies to support internal employee communication and education campaigns in partnership with our Internal Communications team and outside vendors
  • Conduct regular bench marking, trend analysis, employee pulse survey and data analysis to elevate design and make recommendations for improvement opportunities and investment decisions
  • Establish a compliance and regulatory reporting environment that appropriately manages risk and are fiscally responsible.
  • Establish protocol that monitors and enhances process efficiencies and continuous improvement. Implement and monitor an action plan to achieve targeted results
  • Lead special projects globally to implement new benefit programs or changes ensuring consistency

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to provide direction
  • Ability to work with leadership and various stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high ownership and accountability while maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • 10+ years’ experience in related field
  • 5-8 years’ experience leading pension and benefits
  • 5+ years’ experience leading global benefits
  • Preferred CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and/or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation
