As an Account Manager, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with ’s partners. Your goal is to ensure that our partners are successful with our solutions, while at the same time helping them to grow their businesses. Be the external voice of , generating sales amongst client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
Become the point of contact for assigned customers
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the best possible outcomes
Ensure that your book of business is managed & maintained to the defined standard

3+ years of account management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Want to work hard, work smart, and become very successful
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
Are process-minded, and can prioritize their day effortlessly
Have Account Management experience but are passionate about improving
Are assertive and able to captivate an audience while keeping things fun
