Who We Are Looking For:

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Leading kick-off calls with newly signed dealers to assess client business needs and set process expectations in order to gather all details to ensure a timely MotoCommerce implementation;
  • Coordinating setup of vehicle inventory data feeds from DMS and website providers, validating pricing to ensure pricing calculator accuracy;
  • Performing all dealer onboarding components requiring collaboration with dealership stakeholders and third party vendors;
  • Developing and following an ever-evolving process ensure that the software setup for dealers has been tested and completed prior to going live on their website;
  • Troubleshooting data exports in Excel
  • Working to achieve on a consistent basis all KPIs established within the implementation process;
  • Assisting department manager with the ongoing development and improvement of client implementation business processes as required.


Your skills & experience:

  • 1+ years' relevant experience in a software implementation or technical support role is required
  • Advanced in handling and troubleshooting data exports in Excel (VLOOKUP, index match, nested formulas, goal seek, manipulating data, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both verbal and written
  • Experience in automotive-related sales or SaaS highly preferred
  • Savvy with technology and capacity to become an expert in our software in a short period of time
  • Impeccable attention to detail and sense of urgency is an absolute must
  • Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable conversing with all levels at dealerships and third parties
