The position requires a VERY flexible schedule being ON CALL during the Winter season with great potential for long term employment year round. As the position is very weather dependent during the winter, the ideal candidate must be able to work long days, individually or as a part of a crew, be self motivated, and be very punctual with reliable transportation to our yard in Winterburn with 2 hours notice. Being a weather dependent service provider we provide services to residential, condominiums and commercial properties after each snowfall or rain event, hours very depending on weather and can produce long hours depending on conditions.

Experience is not required but is certainly an asset and individuals with a clean class 5 drivers license, positive personality, and a strong work ethic use to doing heavy labor jobs will be considered for this position. Depending on experience pay starts between $16.00/hr - $17.50/hr with further opportunity for advancement.
