Sea to Sky Parks is currently hiring for full time, seasonal park operators to join our team working at Porteau Cove Provincial Park, Squamish. Positions will commence immediately and run through October 2022.


Reporting to the Park Manager, the Provincial Park Operators are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and organized park environment for our guests. Including but not limited to, the cleaning of campsites, out houses, emptying garbage, small landscaping & maintenance jobs, and collecting camping fees.


You want to work outdoors.

You have great public relations and guest service skills.

You work well in a team and independently.

You are looking to pursue a more long-term career in Recreation, Conservation, Parks, or similar Environmental fields.

You have a passion for outdoor recreation.

You are self motivated and proactive.

You are looking to grow your skillset and work your way up to more senior positions.

You can sustain physical activity for the entirety of your 8hr shift.

You are looking for an awesome summer job that you can brag about to your friends.


A positive and friendly attitude in all weather conditions.

Minimum N driver licence and clean abstract.

Able to follow direction and work unsupervised.

Able to work weekends and holidays.

Your own transportation to get to and from the park for work.

The ability to be open and honest – give us your ideas!


The ability to grow within the company to senior positions as Supervisors and Managers who then have the possibility of obtaining additional training courses such as First Aid and Professional Development.

A complimentary Mt Seymour Season’s Pass upon completion of the season.

2 nights complimentary camping at our Parks, and 2 nights stay complimentary at our cabins in the 2nd year.


Seasonal employment starting immediately.

Hourly wage.

  • Squamish, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
