About the business and the role

Pacific Bark Blowers is an Aluminium manufacturing and powder coating business working within the Construction Industry and is based in Toronto & Halifax. We are seeking an experienced all rounder who is hardworking, reliable and up to the task of providing back up and support to our team when and where needed. The role is permanent full time (negotiable to only the best suited applicant) and the ideal candidate will be willing to undertake any task at hand, be quick to learn and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Stock control functions
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Reporting
  • General Administration and Reception duties
  • MYOB
  • High Computer literacy

The successful candidate to join the team will require the following attributes:

  • Excellent data entry skills with very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and multi task
  • Be accurate and diligent
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • Be easy going but assertive, flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks as and when required

A background in Quality Management Systems and or WHS will be highly regarded.
