Real Estate Trade Administrator Job Openings in Ottawa

Seeking a qualified real estate trade administrator to join the accounting team in our growing company. The role includes processing trades from start to finish in Brokerwolf, as well as some accounting duties depending on experience.

Duties include:

- Processing and reviewing in detail all written trades, and following up on late or incorrect paperwork

- Preparing and sending commission statements

- Answering real estate agent's questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Processing commissions received and paying agent's commissions

- Reporting to our head-office

- Various accounting tasks depending on experience and aptitude.

Qualifications and skills:

- Preference will be given to a candidate with real estate and BrokerWolf experience

- Personable, team player and can do attitude

- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team

- Flexible and thrive in a fast paced environment

- Highly organized individual

The workload is approximately 15-20 hours per week, and has potential to grow. Can accommodate parenting and school schedules if certain core hours are kept.

Expected start date: 2020-08-24

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Our office is following all current COVID-19 protocols. There is a possibility of some work being done remotely, however some office hours will be needed. Our accounting office is away from high traffic areas.
