What will your typical day look like?

The CoRe Knowledge Services Strategic Relationships Lead (Senior Manager) for Risk Advisory is responsible for establishing and building strong relationships with the key global executive leadership group for Risk Advisory and will be focused on a portfolio of relationships across Risk Advisory Acct. & Int. Controls and Regulatory & Legal.

Strategic Relationship management / specialized services

• Develop a regular cadence with the global executive leadership group to understand the strategic priorities of the practice; to engage with executive leadership group in the review of Topics aligned with their priorities; and to nominate Collections (of content) to be curated in support of those priorities/topics.
• Motivate global executive leadership group’s sponsorship of knowledge sharing culture activities
• Drive executive leadership groups awareness of the value proposition of Knowledge Services (beyond Collections) and the overall “health” of knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for additional of specialized services where budget is available. Industry / Business Area Proficiency
• Build and maintain an understanding of Topics and Collections aligned to Industry/Business to enable informed conversations with leaders.
• Join leadership forums/calls and global summits to maintain connection to evolving dialogues and focus of the Industry / Sectors or Business / Practices

Knowledge Activities

• Support activities related to the development of Collections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive leadership group within CoRe Knowledge Services.
• Serve as the connection between the executive leadership group, Chief of Staffs, Operations leads, and the CoRe Knowledge
• Services Pipeline Content Team on content utilized for Practice Profiles and Home Pages.

You are someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant fields of study may include Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications. MBA preferred.
• Candidate must have 7-9 years of relevant experience, including experience in aligned industry/business area. Experience in a global professional services organization preferred.
• Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools; SharePoint experience a plus
• Subject matter expert on knowledge management people and process capabilities including:
• Knowledge transfer methodologies, such as communities, social network analysis, expertise recognition and connection, story-telling, knowledge-centered support desk operations
• Knowledge Management promotion techniques, such as relationship management, goals & measurements, knowledge-sharing incentives & rewards, training, user surveys, communications
• Strong understanding and extensive usage of knowledge asset acquisition & classification process and tools, such as enterprise taxonomy models, knowledge mapping, after-action reviews, lessons learned, innovation & idea-generation, people profiles
• Strong understanding and extensive usage of knowledge management technologies, including portal management, website usability, databases & repositories, subscription management, collaborative & social software, content & document management, search engines, expertise locators, taxonomy metadata, metrics reporting & analytics, workflow and process automation applications
• Experience with culture and change management principles and approaches to influence stakeholders and cultivate knowledge-sharingbehaviors
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strategic mindset
• Executive presence (confidence, written and verbal communications etc., comfortable working with senior level PPMDs)
• Relationship driven
• Self-motivated / highly responsive
