Real Estate Showing Assistant Job Openings in Kitchener

We’re a vibrant, profitable and growth minded, values-based organization and team, and we are in need of someone to host open house properties in the area. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you!

Compensation:

$50,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria

  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers (including For Sale By Owners, Purplebricks and property guys)
  • Understand how to search for homes in MLS, Matrix systems and set up saved search criteria for clients and book showings
  • Once agreement is signed with the client (wants and needs), the Showing assistant will map routes of homes to show and arrange with clients on a mutually agreed upon time
  • Contact clients under contract (buyers), search and find homes, arrange showings (can leverage admin for showings and calendar bookings)
  • Coordinate showings and walkthroughs and inspections for under contract and pending buyers
  • Be present for all walkthroughs and inspections for under contract and pending buyers
  • Be present at buyer appointment to be introduced as showing assistant
  • Preview properties weeklystay up to date on daily hot sheets (aware of active and sold homes in area)
  • Basic market knowledge on homes available for sale, neighbourhoods, amenities etc.
  • Willing to travel up to 45 min per way covers (extra will be coveredgas cost): Waterloo Region (Cambridge, Kitchener), Brant (Brantford, Ayr, Paris) Oxford: Woodstock, St Thomas
  • Keep lead agent informed on all client communications and developments, potential offers (copied on all emails and update notes in Customer Relationship Management CRM tool)
  • Be willing to promote services to your Sphere of Influence to increase sales
  • Upload your sphere of influence database exercise- If no sphere, be ready to upload contacts into a spreadsheet into CRM (with help of administrative assistant)

Qualifications:
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License

  • Valid Driver's Licence
