Financial Records & Administration Clerk Job Openings in Deer

Red Key Realty & Property Management is delighted to be expanding our Condominium Management Department.

We are seeking an individual who meets the following requirements:

  • Thorough & a keen eye for detail;
  • High level of data entry accuracy;
  • Strong written communication skills;
  • Organized;
  • Comfortable navigating financial documents;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs;
  • Works well in a team;
  • Prior administrative experience required;
  • Experience, education or training with financial records preferred.

Our department takes great pride managing Condominium properties in and around Central Alberta. Property Management requires a large variety of tasks to be executed with great competence and skill. As such, our team requires strong collaboration skills amongst its members. Each staff member is carefully placed in a role that plays to their strengths. This approach allows for the best quality results from each individual and the team overall.

This position has been designed to compliment the type of person who works well with numbers and has a very impressive eye for detail and accuracy. The role will entail the following:

  • Carefully enter condo fee amounts into our software program;
  • Accounts payables;
  • Other financial data entry work as required;
  • Print and distribute financial documents to the Condominium Board of Directors on a monthly basis and answer questions from their Treasurers;
  • Prepare annual budgets for the Condominium properties, by entering their previous year revenues & expenses into a budget spreadsheet, analyze the actuals compared to last year's budget and make recommendations for the coming year budget projections;
  • Written communication is also very important in this role as the individual will be require to prepare letters, notices and other forms of written communication to the Boards and Owners of the properties.

Further Details of Position:

  • Weekdays (Monday-Friday);
  • 9am-5pm;
  • Possibly be available for the odd evening meeting to help with presenting budgets to the Board of Directors;
  • Covid - At this time, our team is primarily working remotely (from home) and conducting regular team meetings and communication via telephone and video conferencing. Candidates shall have the means to communicate via these methods. If in-person training is required, we will ensure to abide by the latest health and safety requirements;
  • Candidates shall be available to start immediately.
