What is the Role?


  • As a positivity champion, providing world class human experiences through all interactions – on the phone and off.
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints and queries using a demonstrated proactive approach.
  • Producing high quality work, accurately documenting conversations and updating customer information.
  • Offering insights and advice on service concerns and upgrades as required.
  • Completing follow up and being accountable to the customer and ultimately, our clients.
  • Resolving customer escalations and complaints, seeing them as an opportunity to provide solutions that will change their mindset and the outcome of our interactions.

  • 1 year experience in Sales or Customer Service (Required)
  • Experience accurately capturing details of phone conversation in a computer application (Preferred)
  • Previous work experience in a fast paced Call Center Environment (Preferred)
  • Spanish speaking an asset

Education/Certifications/Licenses:


  • High School or GED (Required)
  • Associate Degree/Some college course (Preferred)

Skills & Attributes:


  • Proficient typing and computer applications skills (Minimum 35 WPM)
  • Strong attention to details with ability to multi-task
  • Motivation for sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening skills and ability to identify needs through phone conversation
