While actively involved in the design & decor industry, our clientele requires an attentive, professional and experienced individual focused on building relationships in customer service, scheduling, answering phones and coordinating field installers. We service clients in around Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area and we are looking to expand to other provinces in the near future. You are required to have a good comprehension of the decor/design/furniture industry, have strong problem solving skills, experience with customer service, and critical thinking traits.


We are searching for a highly organized individual experienced in booking orders, customer service, and invoicing. This is a full-time position focused on internal operations. You will need to have a good understanding of computer systems, scheduling, and how to attend to clients requests. If you can multi-task and at times work in a high pressure environment to get the job done and the client satisfied - then this is a job for you.


  • Respond promptly with diplomacy & professionalism to a variety of furniture, art & kitchen installation inquiries
  • Answer client phone calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Communicate job expectations to in-field installers as well as clients; planning, monitoring, and working with a project manager in the field
  • Create, Monitor & Enforce policies
  • Contribute operational information and recommendations to better the business' efficiency
  • Resolve customer issues with diplomacy and devise ways of improving customer experience

  • Fast Typer: 45wpm+
  • Able to learn and understand how to operate computer software
  • Experience in Operations (construction industry is a bonus)

Salary: $31,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
