Cannabis Delivery Driver Job Opening in Ottawa

Canna North's retail store is seeking reliable delivery drivers to join our family.
As a delivery driver, you will have the first face-to-face encounter with customers. Cannabis delivery is a positive experience and we want to give customers the ride of their lives when they order the Canna North Express to pay a visit. We are dedicated to elevating each delivery with strong customer service, clear advocacy of customer retention, ambitious character, and professional time-management. Cannabis is a massive industry and we strive to create balanced relationships among our customers, employees, and staff.
Start dates will be determined based on the regulatory framework imposed by the provincial government. Delivery-based work is not available until cannabis deliveries become legally permitted in the Ottawa region. All qualified applicants will also be considered for a cannabis specialist position at either of our retail locations opening in December.
Your Responsibilities:

• You will learn to properly manag navigation software in order to successfully complete delivery orders in pinned areas surrounding Ottawa.
• You will be briefed on all incoming and outgoing orders, proper addresses, and drop-off locations to increase your product knowledge, delivery efficiency, discreteness, and safety.
• We expect you to exude excellent customer service skills by personally greeting, thanking, and communicating proactively with patients to strengthen loyalty.
• You will work directly with Canna North to monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, complaint resolution, and loss.
• You will become an expert at properly packaging cannabis orders strictly abiding by Ontario's Provincial Cannabis Laws and Regulations.

Qualifications:

• 19+.
• Valid Ontario Drivers License.
• Functional/operating vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Proof of Vehicle Insurance.
• Customer Service, Delivery Driver, Leadership, Budtending experience preferred.

• This position requires driving vehicles as a function of employment. Employment may be terminated in the absence of a record of satisfactory driving.
