Our contact center employees work a variety of shifts to ensure our members can get help when they need it, 24/7. As a Member Contact Centre Advisor, you will answer member inquires via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS, or video calls. You will need strong multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skillsall while being friendly and building rapport!
Getting to know our members by listening to understand and being politely assertive is how you'll provide the best advice. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Education and Training:
A commitment to and understanding of the expectation to work flexible shifts, as our contact centre is open 24 hours Monday-Sunday, including rotational shifts of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is an expectation.
The evening shift requires full availability during the following time frames: Monday through Sunday, including statutory holidays until 10:15pm This position includes salary plus a monthly premium.
The business may from time to time ask for branch and/or department support for special projects and/or areas experiencing staff shortages. All employees may be asked to volunteer to assist in areas of need during these times. These assignments could result in a change of hours, location, and/or travel.
