We’re looking for an Administrative Support to join our growing team!

As an Administrative Support your work will have a big impact on the IT team. People will count on you to use your organizational skills and legendary customer service to handle, support, and deliver effective solutions to support the business in the Winnipeg office. This position reports to the IT Manager.

  • Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping of document/equipment or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information
  • Perform periodic audit of supply inventories and generate detailed report
  • Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices
  • Respond to a variety of requests
  • Support projects or new initiatives as requested

Your Skills
  • 1 year minimum in an office environment
  • Legendary customer service and relationship building
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to prioritise work
  • Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn

  • Post-secondary education is an asset
